Pizza on a wrap



1 Whole Wheat Wrap

3 tablespoons Tomato Sauce

2 oz Mozzarella Cheese

Purple Onions (thinly sliced)

Mushrooms

Broccoli

Peppers (cubed)



Instructions:

-Spread tomato sauce on the whole wheat wrap.

-sprinkle mozzarella cheese, purple onions, mushrooms, broccoli, and peppers.

-Bake on 350 for about 15 minutes.




This can be a great low calorie all encompassing lunch if you make sure to use a low calorie wrap and measure your cheese to 2oz.


Tip: I like to use a 1oz schnapps cup that I leave in the cheese bag for easy accurate measuring.
