Low Calorie Muffins



1 C oats

1 C whole wheat flour

1/4 C oil

½ C honey

½ C apple juice

½ C apple sauce, natural

2 eggs

2 Tsp baking powder

½ Tsp baking soda

1 C blue berries or

Place a few choc chips on each muffin


Instructions:

- Bake 400 for 20 minutes

- Check and remove promptly

- Cool and freeze


Yield:

15 muffins
