For all those who despise daily exercise...you're not alone! We get you!!
I actually like to wear a pedometer for that reason. I don't love formal exercise so tracking my daily steps lets me be in-tuned with my daily activity. If I see that I had a very sedentary day I can make up for the lack of activity by running on the treadmill or just going for a walk. (Sometimes I'll go to the grocery instead of emailing my order just to add in some activity to my day.)
