I am not sure how this recipe got its name, but I love making this for supper. It is quick, easy, and most of all nutritious! Cauliflower 1 T oil Salt Paprika Toss these all together in a bag. Lay on a cookie sheet. Put it in the oven on 350 for 1 hour.

I make these as a dinner side at least twice a week.
1-2 sweet potatoes
1 Tbsp oil Salt
Paprika Garlic powder Onion powder
Cut the sweet potato in strips. Put them in water for 30 minutes. Put them in a bag. Add all the spices. Lay them out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment.
Turn the oven on to 425, put them in immediately and leave for 35 minutes.
Serve them warm.
To make them look pretty, I'll add some parsley before I bake them.

A tried and true FREE delicious soup 1 Tbsp oil 3 Spanish onions 10-12 fresh garlic cloves 8 zucchini 3 bags frozen cauliflower Salt Pepper 2 T chicken consommé 2 turnips 2 parsnip (optional-they give a strong taste) Dice Spanish onions and sauté in 1 Tbsp (measured) oil. Crush garlic and add to pot. Cut off the ends of the zucchini, cube, and add to pot. Let this sauté a bit, then add cauliflower, turnip, chicken soup consommé salt and pepper to taste. Add water to cover and bring to a Boil. Once it boils lower the flame and let it cook for 2 hours. Blend and enjoy!

Really good fruit idea for the cold winter days -hot applesauce! Its real quick, easy and delicious! I took 16 cortland apples pealed and cut them into chunks. Piled them into an 8qt pot with 1 cup of water. Put on a low-medium flame for 45 minutes. Blended it up and .... fresh hot applesauce! The only issue with it is that a 1/2 cup is a serving.... Note: 16 apples made for me 3- 2lb containers. The Bracha on homemade applesauce is Haeitz.
