Honey-Wine Salmon

You can never get enough salmon recipies!! It's one of the quickest and simplest meals to prepare. A staple in so many diets. A delicious salmon to serve any night or Shabbos.

6-8 Pieces salmon fillet (6 oz slices)
1/4 c honey
1/4 c teriyaki sauce

1/4 c semi-dry red wine
1/4 c water
Bake on 375 for 20 minutes uncovered. Usually this is long enough. If your salmon is a bit thicker, then put back in for another few minutes.
It is delicious warm or at room temperature.
When I serve this on Shabbos, I cube the pieces and put on skewers so they are a bit smaller and I save some protein for the main dish.
