Chicken Roll-up




Chicken cutlets

Colored peppers or carrots


Instructions:

-Pound chicken cutlet thin

-Cut colored peppers or into bery thin strips

-Wrap each cutlet tightly around the tri colored vegetable strips

-Tightly candy wrap each cutlet in silver foil

-Boil in water 4-8 minutes

-Let it stand for 20 minutes

-Remove, let cool, refrigerate, slice before serving

1 servings per cutlet
